Simplifying inquiry submission for operations
Owned the initiative from ideation through rollout. The figure is an adoption measure for the new workflow, not a 60% increase in total inquiry volume.
I work where customer needs, business priorities and technical delivery meet — from AI-enabled operations to e-commerce growth, fintech and data-led process improvement.
MY STORY
My background spans product marketing, product management and operational analysis. That mix taught me to look beyond the visible feature request and understand the customer journey, commercial goal and workflow underneath it.
I have worked across B2B and B2C products with engineering, design, data, sales, support and operations. I enjoy owning the full journey: clarifying the problem, defining the roadmap, making the trade-offs, working through the details and staying close to what happens after release.
I do my best work in small and medium-sized companies where the product, technology and operating model are still evolving — and where a product manager is expected to help connect the dots rather than only maintain a roadmap.
SELECTED CASE STUDIES
Each story shows the context, the product decisions, my contribution and the exact scope of the result.
I took Aban Hub from a blank page to a live MVP — V1 of the member platform and admin panel — while defining the strategy, product model, pricing, PRD, design and GTM.
Read the case studyStarting from a public product-management brief, I developed a platform strategy connecting canonical data, APIs, reporting, access control, phased delivery and an explainable AI layer.
Read the case studyI helped move the initiative from testing field extraction to designing V1 of an AI-assisted system that gathered data from multiple sources, cross-checked it and drafted a ready-to-submit customs declaration.
Read the case studyI combined funnel evidence, session recordings and customer conversations to find where merchants were losing momentum during onboarding.
Read the case studyUsage evidence changed the product direction, while a more maintainable component model helped engineering move faster.
Read the case studyA self-directed investigation that moved from market and user opportunities to strategy, metrics, roadmap, PRD and an interactive prototype.

Owned the initiative from ideation through rollout. The figure is an adoption measure for the new workflow, not a 60% increase in total inquiry volume.
Analyzed lead times, data-quality gaps and root causes, then built structured reporting that supported corrective action. The result is scoped to the targeted case.
Led two squads across stability, UI/UX and new capabilities; the Google Play rating also moved from 4.5 to 4.7.
Led the initial integration phase. The result belongs to the ten participating shops, not a platform-wide rollout.
